When I was pregnant, I would try and do as many squats as I could muster while hanging out at home. It was an easy exercise to do throughout the day, and was supposed to help with labor. But since having baby James, I haven't been as into them. So, I started this the other day! Someone shared it on Facebook, from Khloe Kardashian, and this quote from her has to be my favorite of the day: "Your booty is a muscle! Work it right and get it tight!"
